VAMP - I cannot register

If you have problems trying to register, and have a firewall program installed on your computer please configure your firewall to permit VAMP go online.

If you don't know how to do this please tell us what the firewall do you have and we will help you to configure it.

For Windows XP users only:

Please bear in mind that all XP systems come with ICF feature (the build-in Internet Connection Firewall), sometimes this option is enabled by default. To disable Internet Connection Firewall (Windows XP only):

Open Network Connections

Click the Dial-up, LAN or High-Speed Internet connection that you use to connect to VAMP site, and then, under Network Tasks, click Change settings of this connection

Switch to the Advanced tab

Clear the Protect my computer and network by limiting or preventing access to this computer from the Internet check box

After registering with VAMP you can always enable your firewall again.

For all users:

If you have no access to your firewall program please contact us with your VAMP nickname and password (6 characters min) and we will register you on our site. You will receive an e-mail with instructions how to proceed.
