I cannot register even though my firewall is disabled

Please try to create rule for VAMP in your firewall program. If you don't know how to do this please tell us what the firewall do you have and we will help you to configure it.

Also, it would be helpful if you could send us VAMP error log file, named im.log and placed in your C:\ folder.

In the meantime, please send us your VAMP nickname and password (6 characters min) and we will register you on our site. You will receive an e-mail with instructions how to proceed and will be able to use VAMP in the offline mode until we will solve the problem.
