When sending a greeting , VAMP uses the special protocol, FTP, as all upload programs do.

Some firewalls don't automatically configure this protocol. Please configure your firewall to let VAMP (and VAMP only, for your and our safety) to use this protocol.

If you don't know how to do this please tell us which firewall you have and we will help you to configure it.
