I have problems with cookies

Home > Frequently Asked Questions

If you have disabled cookies on your computer it definitely could be a reason for this problem.

From Microsoft help file:
"Cookie is a small text file stored on your hard disk. Cookies contain information about you and your preferences. Only the information that you provide, or the choices you make while visiting a Web site, can be stored in a cookie. For example, the site cannot determine your e-mail name unless you choose to type it. Allowing a Web site to create a cookie does not give that or any other site access to the rest of your computer, and only the site that created the cookie can read it."

To enable cookies you can use Tools -> Internet Options -> Security /Custom Level option -> Please scroll down, find "Cookie" item and click on "Enable" option.

Another possible reason for this problem may be a wrong VAMP cookie on your computer.

To remove the cookie you can use Tools -> Internet Options -> Settings -> View Files option of your Internet Explorer. Please scroll down and remove from the list all the cookies for www.imvamp.com.

Also it would be helpful if you can tell us which version of VAMP do you have and which Internet browser do you use.
