Please contact our support team with the following information:

1.Which VAMP version do you have? What is your VAMP nickname?

2. When trying to send your creation:

• Did you click on the Send button at bottom of your VAMP window?


• Did the Send window open?


• Did your enter the correct email address in this window?


• Did you press the Send button in that window?


• Did the progress bar at the bottom reach the right end (100%)?


• Did you get the “operation completed” message when the sending process was finished?

3. On the recipient's end

• Did your recipient get the e-mail with the link to download your creation?

Did he/she manage to download the file?

• While clicking on the downloaded file did he/she see a small window saying, "Welcome! This program now begin installing VAMP.." with "OK" and "Cancel" buttons on it?
