My music won’t play because of Digital rights

This error is usually reported by Microsoft Digital Right Manager (DRM) and means that there is no digital licenses for these files on your computer. Here's how to try and turn DRM off:

• Open Windows Media Player 7


• Click Tools -> Options -> CD Audio (or Tools -> Options -> Copy Music -> "Protect Content" under newer versions)


• Uncheck "Enable Personal Rights Management".
