Please go to your VAMP folder (usually located in C:\Program files\VAMP) and look for the subfolder named Arcs. If this folder exists, please remove it (with all its content). Sometimes this can only be done after restart.

Also, if you are willing to help out could you please send us your VAMP error log, entitled im.log and located in your C:\ folder.
